Guidelines & Tools for Policy Makers
Guidelines and tools are practical resources for implementation
Guidelines and other practical tools can help program managers guide implementation of PrEP for different populations and using different service delivery models. They can address issues for prescribers and health providers, identify barriers and facilitators to using PrEP correctly and consistently, and address key issues like HIV testing, safety and confidentiality of PrEP users and other issues.
These tools are being developed in a range of programs and contexts. This list is updated regularly. To add a tool, please contact us.
Additional tools are available for healthcare providers, program planners and potential PrEP users.
