Virtual Training Sessions

HIV Prevention Ambassador Training: Interactive virtual oral PrEP sessions bring the HIV Prevention Training Package to life with animated PowerPoint slides coupled with voice overs. These virtual sessions were developed to support adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) to play a meaningful role in the rollout of PrEP in their communities. They were developed for a South Africa context—particularly the ‘Getting Oral PrEP’ section—but can be used regionally.

Virtual HIV Prevention Ambassador Trainers’ Workshop

The CHOICE Collaboration developed supplemental training materials for the interactive and virtual HIV Prevention Ambassador Trainers’ Workshop, including a sample facilitation plan, slide deck, and mentors’ activity guide. These materials were designed for a five-day training and are entirely editable. They should be referenced and customized when creating a program to respond to the unique needs of your training group.

Stay tuned for updated versions of these resources that incorporate the newest PrEP methods being rolled out in communities!
