Thailand’s National Strategy to End AIDS has three major targets. To reduce new HIV infections to no more than 1,000 per year, reduce AIDS mortality to no more than 4,000 per year, and to reduce stigma against people living with HIV and nonbinary sexual orientations by 90%. This strategy lays down the basic framework that key stakeholders can work with to achieve these targets in the coming decade.
