Vietnam
92 facilities, providing PrEP to 71% of current users, were funded by the US and lost all funding in March; by April, over 15,000 users had discontinued PrEP. The current stock of US-procured PrEP is expected to last only until June 2025. Community outreach and HIV testing for key populations have been particularly affected, with 65-70% of clients at KP-led clinics discontinuing.
