Convened alongside the World Health Assembly, this ministerial dialogue, co-hosted by UNAIDS, UNFPA, WHO, UNDP, the Federal Republic of Brazil, and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, will bring together Ministers of Health, global partners, pharmaceutical leaders, and civil society to:

  • Build consensus and political momentum for a new era of HIV prevention and accelerated global access to long-acting prevention technologies.
  • Highlight the cost of inaction and explore approaches to sustainable prevention financing and systems to make prevention accessible to communities affected by HIV.
  • Commit to accelerated access and roll out of long-acting prevention innovations across high incidence areas.
