To address disparities in the utilization of preexposure prophylaxis for HIV prevention (or PrEP) in the Black community, Black HIV prevention advocates from across the U.S. gathered in Atlanta, GA this Fall for the first PrEP In Black America Summit. This follow-up webinar will discuss outcomes of the summit and the need for patient-centered, community-informed, sex positive approaches to HIV prevention care and services to increase PrEP uptake in the Black community. We will also discuss the need to center Black voices in the development and implementation of a federally-funded National PrEP Program.
