Haiti National PrEP Guidelines, 2018

Haiti’s Ministry of Population Health issued these guidelines to emphasize the importance of the continuum from prevention to the achievement of viral load suppression in patients receiving ART. It is no longer a question of designing the response to the HIV epidemic from a compartmentalised angle, but rather through the effective and synergistic participation of all national sectors. The objective is to use all available tools of proven effectiveness to reduce HIV transmission , especially in populations with high prevalence.
