This platform, hosted by GBGMC in partnership with national civil society groups and technical collaborators, features national HIV prevention and treatment plans developed by and for communities most critical to reaching the last mile of the HIV response. Each plan reflects local priorities and community-led strategies to reach populations most affected by HIV.
