Lesotho Addendum to HIV Prevention, Treatment, and Care Guidelines, 2026

These clinical guidelines, developed by Lesotho’s Ministry of Health in 2026, can be used to support delivery of both PrEP and PEP, including newer, long-acting options such as injectable lenacapavir (LEN), cabotegravir (CAB), and the dapivirine vaginal ring (DVR).
