The vision of this document is a Cambodia free of HIV/AIDS, with better health and well-being for all people. The goal is the virtual elimination of new HIV infections in Cambodia by 2025 through high-quality prevention, care and treatment services for HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections.
