Uganda Monitoring & Evaluation Plan 2020-25

Having come close to achieving 95:95:95 by 2020, Uganda launched an set of two plans to achieve 95:95:95 in the coming decade, with a special focus on children. The first plan is the National HIV and AIDS Strategic Plan and the second is this Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (M&E Plan). This M&E Plan seeks to track progress towards achieveing the goals outlined in the National HIV and AIDS Strategic Plan.
