Zambia Guidelines for Pre and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV Infection, 2025

These clinical guidelines, developed by Zambia’s Ministry of Health in 2025, can be used to support delivery of both PrEP and PEP, including newer, long-acting options such as injectable lenacapavir (LEN), cabotegravir (CAB), and the dapivirine vaginal ring (DVR), as well as the Dual Prevention Pill and oral PrEP.
