LEN Learning Clinic 3: Clinical Case Reviews to Optimize LEN Provision

The successful rollout of lenacapavir extends beyond injection administration and requires providers to effectively prepare, counsel, and support clients throughout their prevention journey. A dedicated learning clinic on injection site reactions, post-injection care, and counselling will build provider confidence in anticipating and managing expected reactions, delivering consistent counselling messages, and addressing client concerns. Strengthening these competencies is critical to improving client satisfaction, supporting continuation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred HIV prevention services as countries introduce this new long-acting prevention option.
